Privacy policy

Last updated: 5 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it and what you can do about it.

Who is responsible

Cleaning4hosts is operated by [legal company name], [registered address]. For anything to do with your personal data, write to [contact email].

What we collect

From this website we collect what you type into the demo form: your name, your email, your phone number, your company, how many properties you manage, anything you write in the message box, and the language you were reading the site in.

If your company becomes a customer, we process the data needed to run the service: the names and emails of the people who sign in, the properties and checklists you create, and the photos and videos your team uploads as proof of each service. Those photos show the property, not people.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your demo request and get in touch with you.
  • To create and run your account, and to send the emails the service needs.
  • To keep the service secure and to keep a record of what was cleaned and when, which is the point of the photo evidence.
  • To understand how the website is used so we can improve it.

What allows us to use it

We rely on your consent when you send the demo form, on the contract when we provide the service to your company, and on our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure and improving it.

How long we keep it

Demo requests are kept for 12 months from the last time we hear from you.

Account data is kept while your company is a customer, and afterwards only for as long as tax and legal rules require.

The cleaning records and photos belong to your company. They are kept while the account is active and deleted when you ask us to.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising. We share it only with the providers that host and run the service for us, which act on our instructions, and with authorities when the law requires it.

Your rights

You can ask to see your data, correct it, delete it, object to how we use it, ask us to restrict it, or ask us to send it to you in a portable format. Write to [contact email] and we will answer within one month. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your data protection authority.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
